Shipping & Returns

Our items are made and shipped directly from our suppliers. We do not keep inventory, so we can keep costs at a minimum and pass along the savings to you. However, this method does not allow us to process/issue returns or exchanges. Shop carefully!

It takes 2–5 business days to create a product and fulfill an order

Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination

Shipping costs differ based on the type and quantity of products. Costs will be calculated at checkout.        

If you find your product is misprinted/damaged/defective, we must be notified in writing within 15 days of delivery date.  Email: clarkranch93@gmail.com 

For packages lost in transit, please notify us no later than 25 days after the estimated delivery date.  Email: rodeocharley@yahoo.com 

 If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the supplier. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
